Green and Clean Home Solutions is a rapidly growing company in the Etobicoke and Mississauga area that specializes in providing interior and exterior painting/staining, window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing. We are currently seeking a Field Sales Associate to join our team and help drive our continued growth.

We are currently seeking a Field Sales Associate to join our team and help drive our continued growth.

As a Field Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Canvassing neighbourhoods where the company has existing business to acquire new leads, through in depth sales training.
  • Navigating company software to input potential client/prospect information.
  • Generating leads and booking quote appointments in the field.
  • Handling common objections present within specified areas to see where the company can assist in filling gaps in the market and provide service.
  • Managing client inquiries and delivering print marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Working towards individual lead/appointment setting goals and contributing to the team's overall goals.
  • Attending virtual bi-weekly meetings to review progress and plan for the upcoming week.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for growth and development within the company.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
