Job Description

A UI/UX Designer in a full-time role is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-centric designs for digital products or websites

  1. User Research:
    • Conduct user research to understand target users, their needs, and pain points.
    • Use insights from research to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
  2. Wireframing and Prototyping:
    • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts before implementation.
  3. UI Design:
    • Develop visually appealing user interfaces (UI) that align with brand guidelines and enhance overall user experience.
    • Design icons, graphics, and other visual elements to be used in the user interface.
  4. UX Design:
    • Design intuitive and user-friendly user experiences (UX) that consider user flows, navigation, and overall usability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback and optimize designs.
  5. Responsive Design:
    • Ensure designs are responsive and compatible across various devices and screen sizes.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring design concepts to life and ensure alignment with project goals.
  7. Testing and Iteration:
    • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs throughout the development process.
  8. Design Systems:
    • Contribute to or maintain design systems to ensure consistency across different components and interfaces.
  9. Stay Updated on Design Trends:
    • Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.
  • B.C.A / M.C.A under National University course complete.
