About the Role:
Jim Peplinski Capital is looking for a Software Development Intern to join our IT & Operations team. This internship is designed to give you exposure to real-world software development projects, as well as a solid understanding of systems that support the finance industry.
You’ll work closely with our Manager, Information Systems to build, enhance, and implement solutions in platforms such as TFMS, CRM, and Great Plains. Alongside developing code, you’ll help identify efficiencies, automate reporting and support broader IT initiatives across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborating to develop and implement software enhancements
Assist with the automation of Sales & Finance reporting
Assist with our implementation of Ai tools into our organization
Supporting other IT and operational projects that drive business value
Maintaining internal IT systems and performing general IT tasks as required.
What You’ve Got:

Solid problem-solving skills and a knack for identifying efficiencies.
A collaborative mindset and comfort working independently or in teams.
Familiarity with or interest in financial systems and the finance industry.
