Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive is a key player in the sales team, responsible for acquiring and managing large enterprise-level clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and target prospective enterprise-level clients for the organization's products or services.
  2. Relationship Building:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise clients.
  3. Needs Assessment:
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique requirements and challenges of each enterprise client.
  4. Solution Alignment:
    • Work closely with clients to align the organization's products or services with their specific business goals and objectives.
  5. Sales Presentations:
    • Conduct compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of the organization's offerings.
  6. Customization and Consultation:
    • Collaborate with clients to customize solutions and provide expert consultation based on their business needs.
  7. Contract Negotiation:
    • Lead negotiations, finalize contract terms, and ensure the development of agreements that meet the needs of both parties.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and successful client experience.
  9. Account Management:
    • Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  10. Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  11. Performance Metrics:
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, and revenue, providing regular reports to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in enterprise-level sales, account management, or business development.
  • In-depth understanding of the organization's products or services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with enterprise clients.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting client data and feedback.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise-level sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
