Job Description

Services Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services to clients, ensuring high-quality execution, client satisfaction, and the achievement of project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end delivery of services, including planning, execution, and closure of projects or engagements.
  2. Client Communication:
    • Serve as the main point of contact between the service delivery team and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Requirements Analysis:
    • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and expectations.
  4. Resource Management:
    • Allocate resources effectively, including project teams and other necessary assets, to meet project goals and timelines.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  6. Timeline and Budget Management:
    • Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
  7. Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to prevent disruptions to project delivery.
  8. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and support teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to service delivery.
  9. Continuous Improvement:
    • Evaluate and optimize service delivery processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.
  10. Client Satisfaction:
    • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments, ensuring a positive client experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in services delivery, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the services offered by the company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is often preferred.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
