Job Description
Services Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services to clients, ensuring high-quality execution, client satisfaction, and the achievement of project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of services, including planning, execution, and closure of projects or engagements.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the service delivery team and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively, including project teams and other necessary assets, to meet project goals and timelines.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Timeline and Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to prevent disruptions to project delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and support teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate and optimize service delivery processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Client Satisfaction:
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments, ensuring a positive client experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in services delivery, project management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the services offered by the company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is often preferred.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
